Since I posted THIS card made with one of my favorite stamp sets, Stampin' Up's On the Farm (retired), last Thursday, I thought it would be fun to show you some of the very first cards I made with this same set.
Wow. Check out those streaks. :) You've come a long way, baby!
Thanks for looking. Hope this finds you happy and healthy.

Throwback Thursday
So I was perusing my old "cards I've made" photo file and I ran across this little project. Loved it then and I love it now. It was for a secret sister gift when I was really active on a stamping site. I CASEd (copy and share everything) all or most of the cards. Didn't feel like my ideas were good enough at the time. :)
Papered the tin and added her initials.
Added dividers and put at least one card in each category.
Can you tell I liked red and black? I wonder why? (For those of you that don't know, I went to Texas Tech. GO RAIDERS!)

To complete the collection, I made a matching brag book, date book, and notepad.

Throwback Thursday
So I'm probably not going to do this every Thursday but I thought it might be fun to share with you one of the first mini albums I ever made, that I have photos of any way. There were five before this one but I hadn't figured out yet to record the evidence. They are on my YouTube channel though.
I thought it would be a good idea to take pictures outside. In the shade. What? This album does have that vintage-y feel that I like but it's still brighter than it appears in these photos. Maybe I'll redo the pictures. Why yes, I do still have it! Want it? Just ask and I'll send it to you. :)
This "Whimsy" mini album dates back to November 2010. It was made using coin envelopes. I was so proud of myself, using techniques like distressing the edges and creating pockets. Ha ha!!
